Our Story

Fideles Capital Partners (“FCP” or, the “Firm") began in 2024 as an affiliate of Cambridge Wilkinson, the global investment bank and mergers & acquisitions advisory. FCP is based in Miami, Florida, operating under the management of Andrew J. Berman, CAIA. The business purpose of the Firm is to originate and structure debt solutions to facilitate the expansion of middle-market commercial operators in both developed and emerging markets.

Our Founder

Andrew J. Berman, CAIA is a financial professional specializing in the private credit sector. His work spans origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing strategies across alternative lending.

Andrew began his career producing macroeconomic research under the mentorship of renowned forex trader Andy Krieger (Soros Fund Management), with a focus on global capital flows, rate policy, and emerging markets. Since then, Andrew has led the structuring of over $120 million in private credit transactions, including a $40 million offshore reinsurance-wrapped note and $80 million in bilateral facilities for consumer lenders operating in underserved credit markets. 

He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a CFA candidate. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s of English Literature from Tufts University, where he was a varsity swimmer. He lives in Miami, Florida.
